Last week’s Most Popular Homes on Realtor.com

Highlights of last week’s most clicked homes:

  • This week’s top of the list is a first timer in almost 50 years. For just a price tag of $795,000 (which is $96/sq ft), you’re in to a Texas Tudor with over 8,000 sq ft of living space. One great bargain, don’t you think?
  • The fourth placer has a $1 price tag. Why? This Detroit burned-out reclamation project is the cheapest home to ever land on the most popular list. A little weird, huh?
  • Celebrities, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, put back on the market their historic mansion in New Orleans. A new price tag for this French Quarter property gives a face-lift to their marketing strategy
